Return/Exchange Policy:
This garment is hand made and customized. Therefore, orders have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Once the garment begins production (approximately 24 hours after order is placed) it is not possible to cancel the order. Custom items are only available for exchange if damaged in shipping. If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact Impress Athletix, LLC immediately. The garment must be sent back to Impress Athletix in order to be fixed. Shipping must be paid by BUYER.
Delivery:
Estimated completion time is 7 - 10 business days after invoice is paid + plus shipping time. That timeframe is subject to change.
