For bulk/group orders, please allow a minimum of 10 - 14 business days after store closure for orders to be processed, not including shipping.  Please allow 7-10 business days for rolling orders to be processed, not including shipping. All sublimated items have a minimum 21 Business Day process time plus shipping.

This return and exchange policy applies only to online purchases made through this website.

  1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Personalized and custom items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund. 
  2. Impress Athletix, LLC will equally exchange any defective* item if notified within 14 days of order delivery date. To proceed with an exchange, customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or Order Number and contact us through our contact form or by calling customer service. 

* Defective by the manufacturer (printing, seams, holes, etc.)
