- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Personalized and custom items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.
- Impress Athletix, LLC will equally exchange any defective* item if notified within 14 days of order delivery date. To proceed with an exchange, customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or Order Number and contact us through our contact form or by calling customer service.
