A $50 non-refundable design deposit is required to begin a custom sublimation project. Once the deposit is received, our design team will create your initial artwork and provide a digital mockup for review. Initial design mockups are generally provided within approximately 48 hours.
The $50 design deposit may be applied as a credit toward the associated sublimated uniform order when the order is placed within 90 days of the date the initial mockup is delivered. After 90 days, the credit expires and will no longer be applied toward an order. Additional design fees may be required to reactivate or substantially revise an expired project.
Please plan for approximately 2–3 weeks of production after final artwork approval and receipt of all required order information. Shipping or delivery time is additional.
Rush production may be available on select orders for an additional fee and is subject to factory availability.
1. Initial Inquiry
Contact us by phone or email to discuss your uniform or apparel needs, design ideas, quantities, colors, and timeline.
2. Artwork Design
Our design team will use the information you provide to create a custom mockup for your review. Initial mockups are generally provided within 48 hours.
3. Artwork Approval
You and your team will review the design and approve the final artwork. Please review all colors, logos, spelling, placement, and other design details carefully. Once artwork is approved and submitted for production, changes cannot be made.
4. Submit Sizes, Names & Numbers
A complete roster is required before your order can be submitted for production. This includes all applicable sizes, names, and numbers.
Please verify all information carefully before submitting your roster. Names should be entered exactly as you want them printed, including capitalization and spelling. Impress Athletix is not responsible for errors contained in customer-approved artwork or submitted roster information.
5. Production
After final artwork approval and receipt of the complete roster, your custom uniforms or apparel are submitted for production. Standard production is approximately 2–3 weeks.
6. Delivery
Once production is complete, please allow approximately 2–7 additional days for shipping or delivery, depending on the destination and shipping method.
Production timelines begin after final artwork approval and receipt of all required sizes, names, numbers, and order information. Delays in approvals or incomplete roster information may delay the completion date of your order.
