Welcome to Athletix Shops, proudly powered by Impress Athletix, LLC ("Impress Athletix," "we," "our," or "us").
Athletix Shops provides schools, athletic teams, booster clubs, businesses, churches, nonprofit organizations, event organizers, and other groups with customized online team stores for apparel, spirit wear, promotional products, fundraising merchandise, and event merchandise.
By placing an order through an Athletix Shops Team Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Team Store Terms & Conditions and all applicable Impress Athletix policies.
Relationship to Other Policies
These Team Store Terms & Conditions supplement our Website Terms & Conditions.
If a provision of these Team Store Terms & Conditions conflicts with another Impress Athletix policy regarding Team Store purchases, these Team Store Terms & Conditions will control to the extent of that conflict.
All other Website Terms & Conditions remain in full force and effect.
Scope
These Terms apply to all purchases made through an Impress Athletix Team Store, regardless of whether the Team Store is hosted on:
- Athletix Shops
- ImpressAthletix.com
- Chipply
- BigCommerce
- Another authorized Team Store platform
These Terms apply to Team Stores created for:
- Schools
- Athletic teams
- Booster clubs
- Businesses
- Churches
- Nonprofit organizations
- Fundraising programs
- Events
- Corporate programs
- Other approved organizations
About Our Team Stores
Each Team Store is created specifically for an organization and contains products selected or approved by that organization.
Most Team Store merchandise is manufactured or decorated only after an order is placed.
Because these items are custom-produced specifically for the organization, special ordering and return policies apply.
Store Opening & Closing Dates
Each Team Store has published opening and closing dates established by the sponsoring organization.
Impress Athletix does not determine these dates.
Orders must be submitted before the published closing date and time.
Once a Team Store closes, no additional orders can be accepted unless the sponsoring organization authorizes Impress Athletix to reopen or extend the store.
Minimum Order Requirements
Unless otherwise noted, there are no minimum order requirements for purchases made through an Athletix Shops Team Store.
Customers may purchase a single item or multiple items.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Reviewing product descriptions
- Reviewing size charts
- Selecting the correct size
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Reviewing personalization information
- Reviewing order details before submitting payment
- Completing purchases before the Team Store closes
Orders containing customer-provided errors may not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange.
Order Accuracy
Customers should carefully review their order confirmation immediately after placing an order.
Requests to correct names, sizes, colors, personalization, shipping information, or other order details should be submitted as soon as possible.
Once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.
Order Processing
Because Team Store merchandise is custom-produced, production generally begins after the applicable ordering period.
Estimated production schedules are:
Bulk / Group Team Stores
Approximately 10–14 business days after the Team Store closes, plus shipping.
Rolling Team Stores
Approximately 7–10 business days after the order is placed, plus shipping.
Dye-Sublimated Products
Minimum 21 business days after artwork approval and order processing, plus shipping.
Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays.
Production timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Production Delays
Production schedules may be delayed by:
- Supplier availability
- Inventory shortages
- Artwork approval delays
- Weather
- Transportation interruptions
- Customs delays
- Labor shortages
- Manufacturer production schedules
- Peak seasonal demand
- Other events beyond our reasonable control
Impress Athletix is not responsible for delays caused by these circumstances.
Shipping & Pickup Options
The sponsoring organization determines available fulfillment methods and displays them during checkout.
Available options may include:
- Direct shipping
- Coach distribution
- Organization pickup
- Event pickup
- Local pickup
Not every Team Store offers every fulfillment option.
Coach Distribution
Some Team Stores distribute merchandise through a coach, booster club, or organization representative.
For these stores:
- Orders are packaged individually.
- Orders are delivered in bulk to the designated representative.
- The organization is responsible for distributing completed orders.
Impress Athletix is not responsible for delays or lost items after delivery to the designated organization representative.
Event Pickup
Certain Team Stores offer pickup at tournaments, championships, competitions, banquets, or other scheduled events.
Customers selecting event pickup agree that:
- Orders must be picked up during the designated pickup period.
- Proof of purchase or identification may be required.
- Orders not picked up during the designated period may incur additional shipping charges.
- If an event is postponed, relocated, or cancelled, Impress Athletix will coordinate an alternate pickup or shipping option whenever practical.
Shipping Orders
Customers selecting direct shipping are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Shipping estimates are provided for planning purposes only.
Impress Athletix is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
- Weather
- Customs
- Transportation interruptions
- Incorrect customer addresses
- Carrier operational delays

Platform Availability
Some Team Stores are hosted through third-party platforms, including Chipply and other authorized providers.
Impress Athletix is not responsible for temporary platform outages, browser incompatibility, internet interruptions, payment interruptions, software errors, or technical difficulties affecting independent third-party systems.
Customers are encouraged to place orders before the final day of the Team Store whenever possible.
Late Orders
To maintain production schedules, late orders generally cannot be accepted after a team store closes.
If the sponsoring organization allows late ordering,
- Product availability may differ.
- Pricing may change.
- Production timelines restart from the date the late order is received.
- Additional shipping or processing fees may apply.
Acceptance of late orders is not guaranteed.
Store Extensions
Store extensions may be granted only with approval from the sponsoring organization.
If a Team Store is extended:
- Orders placed before the original closing date may begin production.
- Orders placed during the extension may be produced separately.
- Delivery dates may differ.
Combined Orders
Orders are processed individually.
Customers wishing to combine multiple orders are encouraged to contact Impress Athletix as soon as possible.
While we will make reasonable efforts before production begins, we cannot guarantee combined shipping or combined production.
Fundraising Programs
Some Team Stores are established to raise funds for schools, athletic teams, booster clubs, churches, nonprofit organizations, or other sponsoring organizations.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Fundraising proceeds are calculated only from completed, paid, and eligible orders.
The following are excluded:
- Cancelled orders
- Refunded orders
- Fraudulent transactions
- Chargebacks
- Gift card purchases
- Sales tax
- Shipping charges
- Discounts
- Coupons
- Promotional credits
Fundraising proceeds are generally calculated after production has been completed.
Payments are typically issued within 30 business days after qualifying orders have been completed and payment issues have been resolved unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The sponsoring organization is solely responsible for compliance with applicable fundraising laws and regulations.
Product Availability
Manufacturers occasionally discontinue products, fabrics, colors, trims, or components without notice.
If necessary, Impress Athletix may substitute a comparable product of equal or greater quality.
Whenever practical, we will notify customers or sponsoring organizations before any substitution.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges for Team Store purchases are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.
Most Team Store merchandise is custom-produced specifically for each organization, so Team Store purchases are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.
Manufacturing Defects
Verified manufacturing defects should be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Examples include:
- Decoration defects
- Incorrect decoration
- Incorrect product shipped
- Incorrect size shipped
- Defective stitching
- Printing defects
- Holes
Impress Athletix will repair or replace verified manufacturing defects at our discretion.
Photography
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Impress Athletix may photograph completed team store merchandise for
- Portfolio use
- Website content
- Marketing materials
- Social media
- Promotional materials
- Employee training
- Quality control
Projects covered by written confidentiality agreements will not be publicly displayed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impress Athletix' liability arising from any Team Store purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected merchandise.
Impress Athletix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including the following:
- Lost fundraising proceeds
- Tournament expenses
- Travel expenses
- Business interruption
- Lost profits
- Event costs
Force Majeure
Impress Athletix shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including the following:
- Hurricanes
- Floods
- Tornadoes
- Fires
- Severe weather
- Supplier failures
- Labor shortages
- Transportation interruptions
- Customs inspections
- Internet outages
- Government actions
- Pandemics
- Other force majeure events
Governing Law
These Team Store Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or a Team Store purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Entire Agreement
These Team Store Terms & Conditions, together with the Website Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated by reference, constitute the complete agreement governing purchases made through Athletix Shops Team Stores.
Changes to These Terms
Impress Athletix reserves the right to update these Team Store Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.
The last revised date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
If you continue to use a Team Store after we post changes, you accept the revised Terms.
