3. Approve Your Shop

We prepare your branded shop for review. You approve the products, designs, pricing, and ordering schedule before launch.

4. Share the Store Link

Send the shop link to players, parents, staff, members, alumni, and supporters.

5. We Manage the Orders

Customers place and pay for their orders directly through the online shop. Impress Athletix then coordinates production and fulfillment.

Is there a fee to set up an Athletix Shop?

The standard Athletix Shop setup is free. Additional design, platform, product-development, or service fees may apply when a program requires work beyond standard setup. Any applicable charges will be discussed before the shop is launched.

Is there a minimum order?

Many Athletix Shop products can be ordered individually with no customer minimum. Certain custom products, uniforms, or specialty items may require minimum quantities.

Can we use the shop as a fundraiser?

Yes. Eligible shops can include an approved fundraising amount or rebate structure. Fundraising terms are established before the store opens.

Can products be marked as required?

Yes. Your shop can identify required and optional items so players and families know what they need to purchase.

Can customers personalize products?

Personalization may be available for selected products. Options can include player names, numbers, positions, departments, graduating years, or other approved details.

How long does production take?

Production time depends on the type of shop and the products ordered. Standard decorated apparel and rolling-shop orders generally require approximately 7–10 business days for processing. Sublimated uniforms and specialty products may require 21 or more business days.

These timelines are estimates and do not include shipping time, holidays, supplier delays, or time required to resolve order issues.

Can our organization pay with a purchase order?

Purchase orders may be accepted from approved schools and organizations. Purchase-order approval should be arranged before the order is placed.

Can the shop remain open year-round?

Some shops may operate on a rolling basis. Others use set opening and closing dates based on the organization’s schedule, products, production process, or fundraising plan.
