Size and Fit Guidance
Impress One™ spikes are designed for a secure athletic fit. Begin with the athlete’s current athletic-shoe size and measure both feet while the athlete is wearing the socks they plan to compete in.
Fit the shoe to the larger foot. The heel and midfoot should feel secure, while the toes should lie flat without pressing against the front of the shoe. When the athlete falls between two sizes, select the larger adjacent size.
- 10C–13.5C: Child sizes
- 1Y–2.5Y: Youth sizes
Have the athlete try on both shoes indoors before wearing them at practice or on the track. The shoes should not cause pinching, numbness, pressure points, or toe discomfort.
Care and Use
Before each practice or meet:
- Confirm that all spikes are properly tightened.
- Inspect the outsole and spike plate for damage.
- Verify that the installed spike length is permitted by the facility.
- Use adult supervision when installing, removing, or replacing spikes.
- Keep loose spikes and the spike wrench away from small children.
