This Shipping Policy explains how we process, manufacture, package, ship, and deliver orders purchased through Impress Athletix. Because we offer both in-stock merchandise and custom-manufactured products, production timelines and shipping schedules vary depending on the products ordered.

Relationship to Other Policies
This Shipping Policy supplements our Website Terms & Conditions.
If a provision of this shipping policy conflicts with another Impress Athletix policy regarding production, shipping, delivery, or fulfillment, this shipping policy will control to the extent of that conflict.
All other Website Terms & Conditions remain in full force and effect.
Scope
This shipping policy applies to purchases made through:
- ImpressAthletix.com
- Athletix Shops
- Chipply
- BigCommerce
- Purchase Orders
- Quotes
- Event merchandise booths
- Other authorized sales channels
Unless otherwise stated in writing, this Shipping Policy governs all orders fulfilled by Impress Athletix.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business days.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on recognized holidays are considered received on the next business day.
Orders may require additional verification before processing.
Production Time vs. Shipping Time
Production time and shipping time are separate.
Production time is the time required to manufacture, decorate, personalize, or prepare your order.
Shipping time is the time required for the selected carrier to deliver your order after production has been completed.
Estimated production begins only after we receive all required approvals, payment, artwork, and order information.
Shipping begins only after production has been completed and the order has been released to the shipping carrier.
Production Timeline
Production schedules vary depending on the products ordered.
Stock Merchandise
Most in-stock merchandise is processed within 1–3 business days, subject to inventory availability.
Decorated Apparel
Screen-printed and embroidered apparel generally requires approximately 10–14 business days after:
- Artwork approval
- Payment
- Receipt of all required order information
Custom Uniforms & Sublimated Apparel
Custom uniforms and sublimated products generally require a minimum of 21 business days, plus shipping, after
- Final artwork approval
- Complete roster (if applicable)
- Final sizing
- Final quantities
- Required payment
Promotional Products
Production times vary by manufacturer and product.
Estimated production timelines are provided during the quotation or ordering process.
Team Store Orders
Production schedules are generally the following:
Bulk / Group Team Stores
Approximately 10–14 business days after the Team Store closes, plus shipping.
Rolling Team Stores
Approximately 7–10 business days after the order is placed, plus shipping.
Sublimated Team Store Products
Minimum 21 business days, plus shipping.
Production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customer Delays
Production schedules depend on timely customer responses.
Production timelines may be extended due to:
- Artwork revisions
- Delayed proof approval
- Missing roster information
- Missing sizing
- Delayed payment
- Additional revisions
- Incomplete order information
Customer-caused delays extend estimated production schedules.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods are displayed during checkout or identified on your quotation or invoice.
Shipping carriers may include the following:
- UPS
- USPS
- FedEx
- DHL
- Other approved carriers
Carrier availability may vary by destination.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on factors including:
- Package weight
- Package dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping service
- Number of packages
Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout or listed on your invoice.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Impress Athletix is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Returned shipments
- Lost shipments resulting from incorrect customer information
- Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses
Additional shipping charges may apply to reship returned packages.
Delivery Estimates
Carrier delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes only.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Carrier delays are outside the control of Impress Athletix.
Shipping to Events
Customers requesting delivery to:
- Track meets
- Championships
- Tournaments
- Banquets
- Conferences
- Trade shows
- Fundraising events
- Other scheduled events
should place orders with sufficient time to allow for artwork approval, production, and shipping.
While Impress Athletix will make reasonable efforts to meet requested event dates, delivery by a specific event date cannot be guaranteed unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
Local Pickup
When available, customers may select local pickup during checkout.
Customers will be notified when orders are ready for pickup.
Government-issued identification or proof of purchase may be required.
Orders remaining unclaimed for more than 30 days may be subject to storage fees or disposal where permitted by law unless prior arrangements have been made.
Event Pickup
Some Team Store and event merchandise orders may be available for pickup at a designated event.
Customers selecting event pickup agree that:
- Pickup is available only during designated pickup periods.
- Identification or proof of purchase may be required.
- Orders not picked up may be shipped at the customer's expense when practical.
Partial Shipments
When practical, Impress Athletix may ship available merchandise separately if doing so improves delivery efficiency.
Customers will not incur additional shipping charges for partial shipments unless previously agreed.
Product Availability
Products, colors, fabrics, trims, manufacturers, and components are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Impress Athletix may
- Substitute a comparable product of equal or greater quality;
- Recommend an alternative product;
- Obtain customer approval before substitution when practical; or
- Cancel the affected portion of the order and issue an appropriate refund.
International Shipments
International shipments may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Import restrictions
- Government inspections
These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring imported merchandise complies with local laws and regulations.
Risk of Loss
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer when merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Customers should inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment appears lost, damaged, or delayed, customers should contact Impress Athletix promptly.
Carrier investigations may be required before replacement merchandise or refunds can be issued.
Impress Athletix will cooperate with the shipping carrier to help resolve shipping claims whenever practical.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Orders refused by the customer or returned because of:
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Failure to accept delivery
- Failure to retrieve held packages
- Refused delivery
It may be subject to:
- Additional shipping charges
- Return shipping charges
- Restocking fees where applicable
Custom-manufactured products generally cannot be refunded if refused after shipment.
Force Majeure
Impress Athletix shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including the following:
- Hurricanes
- Floods
- Tornadoes
- Fires
- Severe weather
- Pandemics
- Supplier shortages
- Manufacturer delays
- Labor shortages
- Transportation interruptions
- Customs inspections
- Internet outages
- Power failures
- Government actions
- Other force majeure events
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impress Athletix' total liability arising from shipping, delivery, or fulfillment shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected merchandise.
Impress Athletix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including the following:
- Lost profits
- Tournament expenses
- Lost fundraising proceeds
- Travel expenses
- Event costs
- Business interruption
- Loss of data
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, this limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes to This Policy
Impress Athletix reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.
The last revised date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Continued use of our website following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
