Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Impress Athletix, LLC ("Impress Athletix," "we," "our," or "us").

We are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Because we offer a combination of stock merchandise, custom-manufactured products, Team Store merchandise, promotional products, and special-order items, different return and exchange rules apply depending on the product purchased.

Please review this Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.


Relationship to Other Policies

This Return & Exchange Policy supplements our Website Terms & Conditions.

If a provision of this Policy conflicts with another Impress Athletix policy regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, or manufacturing defects, this Return & Exchange Policy will control to the extent of that conflict.

All other Website Terms & Conditions remain in full force and effect.


Scope

This Policy applies to purchases made through:

  • ImpressAthletix.com
  • Athletix Shops
  • Chipply
  • BigCommerce
  • Event merchandise booths
  • Purchase orders
  • Quotes
  • Invoices
  • Other authorized sales channels

This Policy applies unless another written agreement specifically provides otherwise.


General Return Policy

Customers should inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery or pickup.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact Impress Athletix as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Returns or exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to the conditions outlined in this Policy.


Inspect Your Order

Customers should carefully inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery or pickup.

Claims involving:

  • Shipping damage
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect merchandise
  • Incorrect decoration
  • Shortages
  • Missing items

should be reported as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery.

Failure to report issues within the applicable reporting period may constitute acceptance of the order.


Return Authorization

Do not return merchandise without prior authorization from Impress Athletix.

To evaluate a return request, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Order number
  • Photographs
  • Description of the issue
  • Additional supporting documentation

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the customer.


Eligible Returns

Subject to inspection and approval, eligible returns may include:

  • Merchandise shipped in error by Impress Athletix
  • Verified manufacturing defects
  • Merchandise damaged during production
  • Incorrect products shipped
  • Incorrect sizes shipped due to an error by Impress Athletix

Approved returns may be repaired, replaced, exchanged, credited, or refunded at the sole discretion of Impress Athletix.


Manufacturing Defects

Verified manufacturing defects may include:

  • Printing defects
  • Embroidery defects
  • Decoration defects
  • Defective stitching
  • Holes
  • Fabric flaws
  • Incorrect decoration
  • Incorrect product shipped

Normal manufacturing variations described in our Custom Product Policy do not constitute manufacturing defects.


Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by law, the following items are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Custom uniforms
  • Personalized products
  • Team Store merchandise
  • Promotional products produced specifically for a customer
  • Special-order merchandise
  • Clearance or closeout merchandise
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Worn merchandise
  • Washed merchandise
  • Altered merchandise
  • Merchandise damaged after delivery
  • Merchandise showing signs of misuse or improper care

Custom Products

Custom-manufactured products are governed by our Custom Product Policy.

Because these products are manufactured specifically for each customer, custom products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.


Team Store Purchases

Orders placed through an Athletix Shops Team Store are governed by our Team Store Terms & Conditions.

Most Team Store merchandise is produced specifically for an organization and therefore is generally not eligible for return or exchange unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.


Exchanges

Eligible exchanges are subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Manufacturer availability
  • Current product offerings

Replacement products may differ slightly due to the following:

  • Dye lots
  • Manufacturing revisions
  • Product updates
  • Material availability

Exchange requests are reviewed individually.


Return Shipping

If a return results from a verified manufacturing defect or an error by Impress Athletix, return shipping instructions will be provided.

If a return is approved for any other reason, the customer is responsible for all applicable shipping charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers should not return merchandise without authorization.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method whenever practical.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Impress Athletix.

Financial institutions and payment processors may require additional processing time before refunded funds appear in a customer's account.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, customers should contact Impress Athletix promptly.

Carrier investigations may be required before replacement merchandise or refunds can be issued.

Impress Athletix will cooperate with the shipping carrier to resolve shipping claims whenever practical.


Care Instructions

Customers are responsible for following all applicable care instructions.

Damage resulting from:

  • Improper washing
  • Improper drying
  • Improper storage
  • Misuse
  • Alteration
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage

is not considered a manufacturing defect.


Limitation of This Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy does not create warranties beyond those expressly provided by Impress Athletix or required by applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy limits customer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impress Athletix' total liability arising from any return, exchange, refund, or product claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected merchandise.

Impress Athletix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to

  • Lost profits
  • Lost fundraising proceeds
  • Tournament expenses
  • Travel expenses
  • Event costs
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of data

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, this limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.


Force Majeure

Impress Athletix shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including the following:

  • Natural disasters
  • Hurricanes
  • Floods
  • Tornadoes
  • Fires
  • Severe weather
  • Supplier delays
  • Labor shortages
  • Transportation interruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Internet outages
  • Government actions
  • Pandemics
  • Other force majeure events

Changes to This Policy

Impress Athletix reserves the right to update this Return & Exchange Policy at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.

The last revised date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of our website following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
