All custom orders are non-refundable. Impress Athletix, LLC, will equally exchange any defective item if notified within 5 days of the order delivery date. Defective by the manufacturer (printing, seams, holes, etc.). To proceed with an exchange, a customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and contact us through our contact us page or by calling customer service.
